Frequently Asked Questions

At Caliday, we want you to feel confident and informed every step of the way. Our FAQ page is designed to provide clear answers to the most common questions families ask about our school age programs.

General & Enrollment

  • You can register your child by filling out this form and getting in touch with our enrollment team.

  • To complete enrollment, you will need various state required documents (per enrolled child) such as a Health Inventory part 1 and 2, an emergency form and a completed and signed enrollment agreement. If your family receives state provided childcare scholarships, we will need your CCS letter to process your designated co-pay amount.

  • After you enroll with us, a member of our finance team will provide you with the link and credentials needed for accessing the online portal.

  • The refund and cancellation policies can be found in our enrollment agreement.

  • Each team member meets the state mandated qualifications for their position, with many of our staff choosing to seek advance certifications through Calidays Career Pathway.

  • While our licensing and safety standards don’t allow for open door tours, our programs do offer open house events that are open to families within the school. Beyond this, you can check out any of our programs on Facebook to get an inside look at what the Caliday experience looks like.

  • To change your child’s schedule, you can contact our team at programchanges@caliday.org

  • To contact your program director, you can email them directly by visiting our locations page, searching for your program name and clicking directly on the email address for that location.

  • At Caliday, we go beyond the school day by creating a safe, fun, and enriching environment where kids can grow, learn, and thrive. We’re proud to offer onsite care, accept financial support scholarships through MSDE, and build strong partnerships with schools and families. Our focus is always on the whole child, making sure every student feels supported academically, socially, and emotionally.
